Growing up, I was always fascinated by the night full of starry sky. I would spend hours staring up at the stars, mesmerized by their twinkling beauty. My parents would often find me outside, lying in a hammock, pointing up at the constellations and asking questions about the universe.
As I grew older, my curiosity about the stars only intensified. I read every book I could find on astronomy and spent countless nights exploring the night sky with my toy telescope. But what really captured my imagination were the stories behind the stars. Each constellation had its own mythology, its own legend, its own history. I was enchanted by the idea that the stars could tell a story, that they held secrets waiting to be discovered.
When we got married, my wife and I decided to spend our honeymoon in a remote cabin in the mountains. Far away from the city lights, the stars shone brighter than I had ever seen them. It was a magical experience, and one that we will never forget. As a surprise for our first wedding anniversary, I gifted the love of my life a star map of the night sky for the moment we first saw each other. She was touched at first sight with eyes’ filled with tears.
That star map now hangs in our bedroom, a constant reminder of that special time in our lives. It serves as a symbol of our love and our shared fascination with the universe. And every night before we go to sleep, by chance, we take a glance at the stars, feeling connected to something greater than ourselves as well as feeling the bond in between us.
That’s why I decided to start my own star maps store: Sheen Jeem®. I wanted to share the magic of the night sky with others, to help them capture their own special moments in time. Hence, we got incorporated in 2020. Each star map is unique, customized to a specific date, time, and location. They make perfect gifts for weddings, anniversaries, births, graduations, and any other occasion worth commemorating.
I believe that the stars hold a special place in all of our hearts. They remind us of our place in the universe, and of the mysteries that still await us. Soon we realized that there is an increasingly popular demand for our Star Maps as gifts through the hundreds of excellent feedbacks and fantastic reviews we started receiving. So we started expanding and venturing out to include custom orders from customers for a wide range of gifts that we wanted to be shipped to their loved ones all around the world.
This put us on a direction to shoot for the stars when a greater vision tickled our fancy. Hence, we realigned and move ahead to spread the greatest specialities, gifts, presents, and surprises the world has ever seen which have the power in them to transform the mundane passing seconds to incredible moments that turn into special memories of a lifetime!
