Where can I track my order?

Once you have ordered with us you will receive status emails in realtime on the status of your order.

Please be aware that your shipment tracking will be available and sent to you via email as soon as we dispatch your order. From then on you can simply google your shipment number and see where your order has reached.

Can I change my order details?

Please keep in mind, in order to keep our delivery time promise we are usually sending your order directly to production. In case we have not started with the production of your order we are able to make changes. The delivery period may be slightly delayed, however, we want to make sure we send you a gift product that is flawless.

How do I change my shipping address?

Can I cancel an order?

Our main goal is to deliver the highest quality gift products to you in a sustainable fashion. If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us via the contact form as soon as possible.

If you made a error during order (spelling mistake, change of order details, etc.), please feel free to contact us.

Please be aware that once we have sent a personalized/customized order to production, we are not able to cancel that specific order in most cases. However, for all other orders, contact us as soon as possible and we will be able to help if we can. Please find all details in our cancellation policy.

My order has been damaged…

Despite the utmost care in packaging and transport, products can be damaged or lost during shipping. Please check your delivery with care when you receive it.

If your product was damaged during transportation or you have received a damaged product, please contact us within 7 days via our contact form.

Please provide us with images of the damaged print as well as the packaging via email to ‘info@sheenjeem.com‘. Also mention your complete order details when sending us an email. I haven’t received my confirmation email…

You will receive an order confirmation email right after you have placed your order with us.

If you haven’t received your order confirmation email, the two most likely reasons are that your email client has put the email in your spam or any other folder, or that you gave us the wrong email address during the checkout process.

Here’s a little trouble-shooting guide to help find the problem:

Can I return my order?

We hope you remain content with your purchase from Sheen Jeem. However, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange.*

What exactly happens after I have placed my order at Sheen Jeem?

We immediately move on to production and preparing your package with extreme level of attention to detail in addition to quality control. For all product orders we have multiple check levels to ensure the perfect manufacturing of our products and that they are ‘Made in Your Country‘. Afterwards, your order is dispatched from our manufacturing facility in your country to your house via our courier partners.

Yes, we ship your star map in a neutral packaging box.

If this is a gift you can send the star map print directly to your beloved one’s. We will not include an invoice in the packaging box. An invoice will be sent to your email which you have provided us during the checkout process. We aim to transform your gifting experience into a lifelong memory.

Our framed orders include a frame that houses the print. So, on top of the high quality print, we have the following specifications of the frame. It is created from high-quality wood, milled with simple clean lines and presented with a satin finish. The frame has a square, modern profile which works well in both contemporary and traditional environments. We have two colors to choose from: White or Black. The print is covered with plexiglass: thickness 2mm, provides increased UV protection, is extremely robust and offers less glare than float glass. These frames are carefully picked because they complement our designs and brand identity.
