How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free for unframed print and digital orders.
If you choose to get the map framed by us, we will charge a shipping fee depending on your country and the size of the frame. Framed prints take up much larger space and weight than unframed maps, so we cannot ship them for free. If you think that the shipping makes it too expensive, we recommend that you buy a frame locally. To see the actual framed shipping fees, please design a map, add to your cart, add frame and select the shipping country. You will be able to see the shipping cost there.
Do note that we also offer limited time free shipping deals. So keep on the lookout for those to get lucky!
Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major electronic payment methods, including Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Can I pay in my own local currency?
We accept payments in 135+ major global currencies, most likely including yours, using the Stripe payment gateway as long as you pay using our accepted payment methods.
How long does shipping take?
Ultimately, delivery times depend on the courier services in each country but we try our best to predict them. You can see an accurate estimate for your country here.
Here is a summary of our estimates:
North America & Europe: 5 – 8 Days
Rest of the world: 7 – 10 Days
If that’s too slow for you, Express shipping is available to most countries.
This includes manufacturing time that takes 3 full business days. Once the manufacturing is complete, you will receive a shipping notification email with a tracking link, so you will be able to follow your package.
We are working with multiple parcel services, in order to deliver your order as fast as possible to you. For all orders and countries parcel tracking is available. We deliver with:

Can I return my order?
We hope you remain content with your purchase from Sheen Jeem. However, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange.*

What exactly happens after ordering?
We move on to preparing your package with extreme level of attention to detail in addition to quality control. For all product orders we have multiple check levels to ensure the perfect manufacturing of our products. Afterwards, your order is dispatched from our manufacturing facility to your house via the services of our multiple courier partners.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
Yes, you receive an invoice email as soon as you order a product from us. If you order through our website, you will receive an order invoice immediately. If you order any of our other presences, such as social media profiles, it may take upto 12 hrs for you to receive your email of order invoice.
I'm sending a present so I don't want the invoice in the package, can you exclude it?
The package only includes your order and nothing else. Invoices are only sent to the email used to purchase online.
