Return & Refund Policy

Overview

Our Return and Refund Policy is valid for 14 days from the date you receive your product or service. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange. However, we will do our best to accommodate your request where reasonably possible.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused
  • In the same condition as received
  • In the original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

Certain goods are exempt from being returned. These include, but are not limited to:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines)
  • Intimate or sanitary products
  • Hazardous materials
  • Flammable liquids or gases

Additional non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Downloadable or digital products
  • Certain health and personal care items

To complete a return, proof of purchase is required. Please do not send purchased items directly back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations, including:

  • Books with obvious signs of use
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records
  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
  • Items returned more than 14 days after delivery

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract (return or refund) within 14 days without providing any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), acquires physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision through a clear and unequivocal statement. This can be done via /pages/contact. Use of a withdrawal form is optional.

If you submit your withdrawal request electronically, we will confirm receipt without undue delay using a durable medium (such as email).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to submit your request before the 14-day period expires.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (excluding additional costs resulting from selecting a delivery method other than the least expensive standard option).

Reimbursements will be made as soon as reasonably possible, using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed. No fees will be charged for reimbursement.

You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if the goods are sent back before the 14-day period expires.

We may withhold reimbursement until:

  • We have received the returned goods, or
  • You have provided proof that the goods have been sent back

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to determine their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Please note that some legal exceptions apply, and certain items may not be eligible for return or exchange. If applicable, we will inform you accordingly.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of receipt and inform you whether your refund is approved or rejected. Customer satisfaction remains our primary priority.

If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card provider, as processing may take time
  3. Contact your bank for further confirmation

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.

If you are dissatisfied with a sale item, you may still contact us through /pages/contact, and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request where possible.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us via /pages/contact.

Shipping Returns

To initiate a return, please contact us through /pages/contact before sending any items back.

Return shipping times may vary depending on your location. For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
